About B.O.M.B. Fest

[node-title]

Connecticut Music Guru Frankie Bombaci had a dream – and are we glad he did! He thought, “Hey, what if I bring some up and coming local bands and let them play at the same scene with some well-known gigs”. Everyone is happy, hears the best of the best music imaginable and has fun. He pulled it off and now everyone wants to do it again.

In fact, B.O.M.B. Fest 2009, an acronym for Bring Our Music Back, was such a huge success we’re planning festivals in New England this year and New Orleans next year. We’re also scouring the country looking for the coolest festival sites everywhere.

We’re taking B.O.M.B. Fest New England 2010 to the historic Durham Fairgrounds in Durham, CT, just a few miles of I-91. No there won’t be any pigs and cows but there will be a few rides to get your thrills between acts.

You might see some facebook friends…cause we’re selling 12,000 tickets. If you love all types of music, I guarantee you the best time of your life. How can you go wrong spending the day with Lupe Fiasco, Of Montreal, Girl Talk, Mute Math, Cool Kids, Christine Ohlman & Rebel Montez, Roots of Creation, 40oz to freedom.

Here’s the best part of B.O.M.B. Fest! It’s all about the give back. Part of the money you spend will help kids who don’t have it so good….like the ones at The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp and Connecticut Children’s Hospital.

You’ll be the envy of all your friends if you make it to B.O.M.B. Fest…but better yet….just bring them along.
