Q. What can I expect regarding parking and transportation around the venue?
A. Parking sites are all within walking distance and transportation is available from any lodging within the area! Our preferred parking passes will still be honored as well! All preferred parking pass holders will have the opportunity to park in an extremely convenient location, right outside the main gates!
Q. The Change in location isn’t going to affect the lineup as well, is it?
A. No way! The venue change will not change the lineup in anyway!
Q. Is your PREFERRED PARKING PASS still going to be honored?
A. Absolutely! Anyone who has already purchased / or will be purchasing a Preferred Parking Pass will be able to conveniently park right outside of the main gates in an exclusive parking lot!
Q. Will this event be handicap accessible?
A. Of Course! There will be seating available for the disabled found throughout the venue, including on the lawn area! All wheelchair locations can be accessed via ramps. Adjacent companion seating is available on a first come, first serve basis!
Q. What should we expect in the case of inclement weather?
A. B.O.M.B. Fest 2011 will be happening RAIN or SHINE! There will be no cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather. Also, Re-entry to the facility is NOT permitted!
Q. I want to make sure I remember this for a long time! Can I bring my camera?
A. You can definitely bring your cameras .Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash Photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval!
Q. Will I be able to smoke once I’m inside?
A. Smoking is prohibited only within the pavilion and all covered areas (which leaves a lot of available space).
Q. What are some items that will definitely NOT be allowed inside?
A. There are a few items that will definitely NOT be permitted to enter with. Here’s a list of some of them!
- Alcohol, Drugs, and Weapons (including fireworks)
- Signs or Banners
- Coolers and all glass containers
- Laser Pointers
- Pitch a blanket with camp chairs and stay for the day. Sorry but sun tents will not be allowed.
- All animals (with the exception of service dogs)
Q. Can I bring snacks and food for the day with me when I come?
A. Unfortunately, there will be no outside food allowed to be brought in! We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you! You will be allowed to bring in ONE FACTORY SEALED bottle of water, up to one liter in volume.
Q. Will my current tickets still be honored or do I need to purchase new ones?
A. All tickets (regular weekend passes as well as VIP) which have been previously purchased for the original location WILL be honored as pavilion passes. Don’t forget that Day Passes will also be available!
Q. I can’t make it to the Comcast Theatre. I can get a refund, right?
A. We’re sorry to hear that you’re no longer able to join us! If you have a ticket for the original location and for some reason are unable to join us, refunds will be offered through Ticketweb.com.
Q. Why the change? Your old location would have been better/more convenient.
A. The biggest reason for our venue change was attributed to large concerns regarding the capacity of our event! It was an very difficult decision, and again, was deemed necessary in order to ensure that B.O.M.B. Fest 2011 is able to live up to its full potential!
Q. Were ticket types of prices affected by the venue change?
A. As of right now, there will be a variety of ticket levels available for purchase. They line up as follows:
- 2 – Day GA Pavilion Pass - $99
- 2 – Day GA Open Air Pass - $89
- Single Day GA Pavilion Pass - $70
- Single day GA Open Air Pass -$60
- VIP Exclusive 2 – Day Pass - $349
- VIP Exclusive 1 – Day Pass = $199

Q. I’ve already made my reservations for lodging! Now what do I do?
A. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please contact the hotel or campground ASAP to avoid any unnecessary charges. All new details regarding accommodations (i.e. Hotels, Campgrounds, etc) will be available on our site: B.O.M.B. Fest 2011.
